Facebook posted in its blog yesterday that it has finally deal with spammers, spamming their website. These spammers provides inauthentic likes of over 10,000. With the actions taking against them, such likes will reduced to "less than 3%."

Facebook for the past six months has been combating spam operations that makes inauthentic likes and comments. Most of spammers accounts are located in "Bangladesh, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and a number of other countries," just to mention a few.

The spamming is done through a "shopisticated means that try to mask the fact that the accounts are part of the same coordinated operation. They used tricks to avoid detection, including redirecting their traffic through 'proxies' that disguised their location."

Facebook has successfully deal with this problem through their system and the help of their partners. Now, Facebook will easily detect any spammer (inauthentic likes) and will continue updating their "systems every day to keep our platform safe."
