In a short period of time, Hollywood action thrillers and films have come to replicate the cultural disposition of the war on terrorism[2].The Dark Knight as a popular culture can be argued to be one of those movies with a hidden motive considering how some elements in the movie have strong matches to how America responds to terrorism and also how the entire movie implicitly argues and defends for this response.
