For example if I'm downloading a file using Tubemate or Uc browser, download gets interrupted any time i minimize the app. How can i solve the problem?

The problem just started recently.

Did u just unrestrict them? if yes. clear ur cache and restart your phone.

Done as you instructed but problem still persist. The problem is actually more complicated than i thought. None of my data apps can receive data when minimized.

try google-ling maybe u ll find an answer. only if u were near u would have knew what to do.

Okay. It's either your phone is on power saving mode. Or you should goto your phone developer settings and toggle this. Don't keep activities switch it off

if it's on Power saving mode, u need to put it off cause that's why background data doesn't work.

The problem is i ain't seeing anything related to this issue on Google search

As you can see from the screen shot my power saving mode is deactivated. I doubt this is the problem because over 3years using my device, my power saving mode has always been activated.

Hey Guys problem is now solved. The problem came from my Opera mini Max.

Problem solved. Thanks for your concern. I restricted background data on my Opera mini Max. Everything is working perfectly fine and my power saving mode is activated. I
