In Nigeria nothing is done properly. Now, instead of organising an update certification exam program gradually over a period and so weed out the chaff, with this announcement, the certifying authority has now become exposed to 'quick service' corruption . Everybody working in that organisation now will be buying and selling certificate. The bad teachers will just buy and the aim is defeated. 2 Likes |
