I have supplied furniture to some couple that bought one near Ikeja , the houses looked nice and well kept

Its actually 5% down payment of the stipulated amount which will be spread over ten years.

I got my keys yesterday for a 2 bedroom flat.. I applied with 10k, but their document requirement is quite challenging if you don't have a pensionable job. Payslips, government Id, and the most difficult part is getting 2 directors from Lagos ministry to stand a guarantor... Its real, fair and transparent. I opened a thread this morning about my experience.

Getting those houses are cumbersome, not to forget that it's not a direct purchase but a form of lottery

This program has been on since Fashola's administration and you don't know about it and you are a real estate consultant!
I live abroad and have been following it,I couldn't key into it due the the very long list of documents required which I may not be able to get since I reside abroad.

Booked. I just visited their Facebook page. Begging my husband to make an attempt, he is not interested.
