Good day nairalanders, I need serious help. Anytime I sleep, I always suffer something like muscle pull in the mid-nights, sometimes my legs may freeze for like 2 minutes before they come back to normal, I have been suffering from this for the past few days, I don't know what to do. And I know I have been sleeping in the right position. I have been having sleepless nights because of this, guys please help. |

The position of your legs while you sleep? The muscles are probably busy, not that there can't be any other cause. |
