No matter the systems and structures set up, there is something called Time and Chance, Grace, Luck, Favour or whatever u may wish to call it. There will always be that someone whose case will be different or where protocols will be broken.

My candid advise is that while you are working hard and hustling, always pray daily for God's favour to locate and fish you out.

One day of grace or favour from God is greater than 10 years of labour. A thousand years is like a day in the sight of God.

My point is we DON'T even have such systems set up in the first place.

I'm happy for the guy definitely but he is only one person and we can't build a successful community if majority do not have access to basic structures. Do you know how many unemployed are roaming the streets in Nigeria? It's a sad case.

Governance is not philanthropy.
