Who told your poor self that people will loose their legitimate properties if they secede. Haven't you seen Nigerians buying properties in Ghana? Is MTN a Nigerian company?

I know your plight as a yoruba man. You don't know what fate holds for you in the hands of the north who would Lord over you. Read history you said no. Aburi accord!
