NLC is getting the mandate of the Osinbajo committee wrong. The committee is to investigate the matter and make recommendations to the president on administrative decisions to be taken as regards the case. If there is need for further criminal investigation and possible prosecution, EFCC will handle that after the administrative decision. People really need to learn how government works in this country.

I am not aware of any official investigation by the presidency. The AGF only gave a legal opinion to the president when the matter happened initially.
