AS Monaco are on the verge of completing the transfer of central midfielder Youri Tielemans from Anderlecht, reports Le Parisien.

The French outlet reports that the 19-year-old spent Friday in Monaco with his agent.

The player has reportedly departed with a contract from Monaco, all that is left for him to do is sign the deal.

Transfer negotiations between Monaco and Anderlecht are also reported to be at an advanced stage.

The fee will be around €20m (£20.9 million) plus a series of bonuses.

Tielemans was also chased by English giants Manchester United and Everton, but prefers a move to French league leaders Monaco in his chase for first team action.
