TEDxAladinma

We wish to inform the general public that we will be organizing an independent TEDx event in Owerri on May 20, 2017. TEDxAladinma would be the first standard TEDx conference in south east Nigeria. It will be hosting about 100 guests and eight selected speakers. Some of our expected speakers includes:

1. Chude Jideonwo (Red Media)
2. Kennedy (Gender Advocate)
3. Chibueze Ikedi (IT specialist and software designer)
4. Mark Okoye II (Youngest Commissioner in Nigeria),
5. Chioma Ukonu (World acclaimed waste manager of Recycle Points),
6. Confidence Odionye (Drone Expert),
7. Chibuihe Obi (Professional Teacher and Writer)
8. Precious Orji (Paralympic World Record Holder),

TED is an annual event that brings together the world's leading thinkers and doers to share ideas that matter in any discipline — technology, entertainment, design, science, humanities, business, development. The talks at the conference, called TED Talks, are then made available to watch for free on TED.com.

In the spirit of "ideas worth spreading," TED has created TEDx, a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.

We're excited about the TEDxAladinma conference and wish invite the public to this event. Youths in Owerri, Orlu, Mbaise, Aba, Umuahia, Onitsha, Uyo, Okigwe, Awka, Enugu, Imo, Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi and surrounding States should join us for this inspiring conference.
