well for one off job it should not be, but this is going to be serial work requiring abstract and detailed illustrations for website.

Trust me, an informed designer shouldn't have problems with that. There are companies I've worked freelance with running into years now and I've never even seen the gate of the place.

I'm based in Lagos/Osun.
