someone said kubwa is not a decent place, this i disagree. 200k cannot even get 1 bedroom flat in kubwa. with such money you can get a better place, i mean good place in areas like ado, orozo, masaka etc (all dis areas are outside abuja but vey close to abuja town) especially for young guy who wnt to start life and hustling thing in abuja.

u have to go to masaka.

there are so many in sabon gari, bwari if u are interested. one with constant light n water goes for 150 but not tiled while there's another with tiles but no water.

Come to kabusa I have a house tilled with water and constant light they use apoh legislative quarters light

First things first U shld consider is proximity to ur place of business/office.. There are a couple of places within Abuja and environs with decent accommodation at affordable prices.. There are lots of satellite towns where majority of Abuja's workforce operate from. Accommodation in Kubwa is quite expensive compared to the facilities U'll get. Mpape is anoda option but I don't know much about d area. Nyanya/Maraba still has d problem of only one access into and out of town so dey've always had dat traffic issue.. Bwari/Dutse is anoda option but U'll have to consider distance, same with gwagwalada. Suleja/Kaduna road axis is also anoda option, especially d Kaduna Road axis. So u shld first consider proximity to ur workplace/business.
