Vampire's love by mhizgap(f): 2:11pm On Apr 30, 2017 |
Aden the vampire had lived alone with his servant Victor, a low-class Hernof demon, for over 300 years now. He had long since tired of mortal affairs, and he no longer even fed on them. There was a slaughter house for cattle quite near to his house, so he sent Victor there often for his meals. No one questioned Victor's trips, nor did they make the mistake of asking too much money for the blood. Everyone knew that a vampire lived in the house at the bottom of the hill and that Victor was his demon servant. Aden owned the hill and some of the surrounding land. It had been in his family for generations, and so had his vast wealth. No one, not even he, knew how it was acquired. He preferred for all his neighbors to leave him alone. Back in a more pagan time, many of the towns problems had been blamed on him, the vampire, and they attempted to destroy him. They quickly learned that he was much too powerful to be destroyed by the likes of them, and quickly learned that it was better to leave him be. "Excuse me sir, can you direct me to the Vega house?" a girl shyly asked the conductor at the station. He looked slightly afraid and said, "Sure, but do you really want to go there?" "Yes. I've been on the train all night to get here. I'm supposed to stay at the Vega house while I go to highschool here." the girl replied. The conductor looked shocked and said, "Well, I'll give you directions, but I'll need your name in case there's a police investigation." "Police investigation? About what?" the girl wondered, sounding surprised. "Okay, well my name is Lily." "Alright Lily, I'll write the directions down for you." the conductor said nicely. He did, then gave her the piece of paper. "Thank you very much." Lily told him with a smile and a bow. She walked down the street. "What's a nice girl like her doing mixed up with him?" the conductor asked himself. For the first time in a decade or so, there was a knock on Aden's front door. His demon servant came into the room and Aden said, "Victor, go see who's at the door. Tell me who they are before you answer it." The Hernof demon when to the door and looked through the peephole. He saw a young girl standing on the porch gazing about the yard. She had long sleek black hair, curious green eyes, and pale white skin. She was wearing a black dress that was the nearby highschool's uniform. She looked like a doll come to life. Victor went back to his master's study and announced, "A young girl, wearing the highschool's uniform. She has a suitcase and a backpack with her." "What the hell is she doing here?" Aden wondered. He got up himself and went to the front door. He opened it to see her hand in the air, poised to knock. "Why are you here?" Aden asked harshly. The girl recoiled. "Um, please sir, I was sent here by the conductor at the train station. Is this the Vega house where my uncle Marty lives?" she asked quietly. "This is the Vega house but there is no Monty or whoever here." Aden replied. He was examining her as she spoke and saw that she had a large bruise marring her otherwise beautiful face. "Well, this is where I was told I would stay. Do you think that you could maybe let me stay?" she wondered, drawing back a little in fear. She had been examining him as well. His hair was long and pulled back into a ponytail, and white like fresh snow, and his skin was as pale as hers was. His eyes were a cold steely gray. "No. There have been no guests at this house for over three centuries and I see no reason to take people in now. You may live in my yard if you wish however." Aden said in what he considered to be a generous voice. "Um, okay, thank you." the girl said, bowing gratefully. Before he slammed the door in her face, he asked, "What is your full name?" "Lily Marie Tilford." she told him before he shut the door. Through the peephole, he watched her look around and settle herself on a large rock in the yard. He wondered what he would do about this girl. "Summer is almost over, huh." Ian noted. They were walking back from the pool carrying their pool bags. "Yeah. Sucks. That means we'll have to go back to school an-" Amy said back, trailing off as they passed the vampire's yard. Ian followed her gaze. "What the hell is she doing inside the fence?! Does she want to be killed?!" "I don't know, but she's wearing our uniform. She must be new because I don't recognize her." Amy said. "We have to warn her." Ian said determinedly. Lily suddenly heard two people talking. A girl and a boy were walking by. The girl was blond and tan, exactly what she was not. The boy was tan as well, but his hair was decidedly orange, brightly so. They both suddenly seemed to notice her, and they stared at her in horror. They exchanged some excited words before they said anything else. "Hey, girl! What are you doing in there?" the boy shouted at her. "I'm supposed to live here." Lily called back, barely loud enough for them to hear. The looks they had given her before were nothing compared to the sheer terror that filled their expressions now. "Are you crazy?! Live with the vampire?!" Amy shrieked. Lily looked a bit bemused. "Is that what he is?" she wondered idly. "Yes, and he can eat you in a second if he wants to. Maybe less. He's incredibly powerful and it's nearly impossible for anything to get through his defenses enough to destroy him. Sometimes he is even seen in the daylight, walking around as if nothing is wrong." Ian informed her. "A vampire immune to daylight." Lily said to herself quietly. "Look, you need to get out of that yard! He could come out any minute and eat you!" Amy warned her. Lily merely shrugged and returned to reading her book. Ian and Amy were about to risk jumping the fence just to drag her away from the place when the front door opened. It was none other than Aden the vampire himself. Earlier… Aden was uncommonly enraged by this appearance of a stranger seeking shelter at his house, of all places! What the devil did the girl think she was doing, walking up to a vampire's house and asking to live with him? Didn't she know the things he could do to her if he so pleased?! Aden wondered all this as he stomped furiously back to his study. He could tell that Victor was surprised by his mood swing. He didn't care though. He didn't like that girl at all, she evoked the strangest feelings in him, that quickly made him feel frustrated and angry. Only one way to find out more about this girl, and that was the Book of Peoples. All he had to do was say her name to the book, and he would have a summary on her and maybe the reason he detested her so much. Aden opened the book to the middle and said clearly to it, "Lily Marie Tilford." Pages turned as though blown by an invisible breeze, until the book was open to a page with her name at the top. Aden read: This girl is very unfortunate. She was grudgingly adopted by a family with a long line of sons, and was therefore unwanted to begin with. Added on to that, her family prizes physical qualities above mental ones while she is studious and keen to learn. Not very strong, she is often beaten and humiliated by her brothers and parents. She is totally incapable of defending herself, given that her life so far has convinced her that there is no defense against evil and cruelty. She is very shy and likes to read. She is good at cleaning and cooking, and other domestic skills. Her parents sent her to live with a known vampire under the pretense of going to a better highschool and living with a rich old uncle. She is unaware of their deception and their desire to see her dead and be rid of her forever. This is where her entry ended. Aden was surprised. The girl had evil relatives who assumed he would do the dirty deed of killing her. They had obviously not heard of his recent abstinence from human blood. Outside, Lily looked at Aden curiously. It was true that he did not flinch in the bright morning sunlight. Ian and Amy, who had been ready to climb the fence a moment before, now backed away from it in terror. "All right, come in girl." he said resentfully. Lily, not knowing what was to thank for this new generosity, was just grateful in general, and picked up her bags and followed him inside. It was dimly lit inside and it was very musty. The house could not have been properly cleaned in at least three decades. "You may sleep in the circular tower room at the top of the staircase at the end of this hallway." Aden told her, pointing down the hallway to a spiral staircase. "Thank you." Lily said politely, giving him another humble little bow. She took her bags and made her way up the winding staircase. He watched her go with interest. 'What will I do with her now?' Aden wondered. 1 Like |

Sorry for the low space and punctuations Chapter 2: Personal When Lily reached the top of the stairs and entered the circular tower room, she immediately changed into her working clothes. Then she set to cleaning the abysmally dusty and dirty room. After all the surfaces of her room were dust free, she went back down the spiral staircase and started to clean the other rooms of the house. When Aden returned to his study, there was someone inside. He saw the girl dusting everything inside his study. It looked better than it had in decades, perhaps even centuries. But she was nearing the Book of Peoples. "Hey, girl. What are you doing?" Aden asked her irritably. She jumped and squeaked in surprise. "Cleaning." she replied quietly, gesturing to the Book of Peoples which she had been wiping off. Her stomach made grumbling hungry noises. "I suppose you need human food to survive, yes? Here's some money for groceries. You can put your food in the fridge in the kitchen with my blood bags." Aden said, handing her money. She took it and smiled shyly. "Thank you." "Thank me by staying out of my way." Aden replied coldly. Lily withdrew, looking scorned. She cautiously walked around him and once around, scampered quickly out of the study and slammed the front door on her way out. At the supermarket, Lily stood in the checkout line with her food in hand, trying to ignore all the people staring at her. Apparently news spread quickly in this town. Everyone seemed to know that it was her that was living with the town's vampire, and they all seemed keen to watch her and see if she was really human. "She went in and she came back out. He would never let a human walk back out. So what is she?" one shopper whispered to another. "Maybe he turned her already, and she's immune to sunlight too." the other shopper suggested back. Lily was paying for her groceries. And of course, continuing to ignore the whispers and gossip and the stares she was receiving. Taking her bags, she rushed out the door and ran back to the house. Lily came running in the front door, only to have Victor take her bags from her and walk through a door that she assumed led to the kitchen. Before she could follow him, however, Aden confronted her. Despite his warnings to not bother him and to leave him alone, so far it seemed like it was the other way around. "People in town already know you're here, don't they?" he asked her sharply. Lily recoiled slightly and replied, "Yes. They figured that I must not be human since you let me live with you." Aden looked thoughtful. "Anyway, you should probably eat before you go and do whatever it is you plan on doing for the rest of the day. You've been registered at the local highschool?" "Yes." she told him simply. "Victor tells me that school begins next week. That's the whole reason you're here, isn't it?" he asked her shrewdly. "Yes, that's the reason I came. How do you know?" Lily wondered. "I have my own sources. I know things about you now." Aden assured her. She looked frightened. "What things?" "Nevermind what things. Suffice it to say that it convinced me to let you stay, and we'll leave it at that. You should eat." Aden told her firmly. Her stomach growled loudly and she blushed and walked around him and through the door that Victor had gone through. The door did in fact, lead to the kitchen, although when Lily came into the kitchen, Victor handed her a sandwich and ushered her through another door that led to a dining room with a long dining table. Lily sat at the nearest end, next to the head of the table. Moments later, Aden came in carrying a cup of hot something. He sat at the head of the table and drank it. His mouth was stained red when he brought the cup away. Lily surmised that the cup contained reheated blood. This did not bother her, and she ate her sandwich in his company. The rest of the week passed quickly, with Lily doing things like reading and cleaning and cooking things for herself. Soon enough, it was her first day at her new highschool. "Look at her, she looks so Gothic and creepy." a student whispered as Lily went to find her locker. "I know, she even looks like a vampire. Do you think he really turned her?" a girl whispered back. "I heard he knows things about people that they've never said to anyone." a boy murmured frightfully. "She looks like a doll, she's so pretty." one of the girls in a group said to the rest of them. Whispers like these would follow Lily all day. She reached her locker, and had just put her things in and closed the door when she noticed that there was a person on either side of her. "Hello, long time no see. So how did you get th |

"Hello, long time no see. So how did you get the vampire to let you stay?" Amy asked her curiously. "I don't know what changed his mind. He said that he found something out about me and he decided to let me stay. He was kind of weird about it." Lily told them. "Yeah, they say that he knows things about people, like their deepest secrets, and no one knows how." Ian said. "I think it's one of his powers." Amy said. "She thinks so, but I don't. I think it's something else." Ian argued. "Anyway, we volunteered to show you around. We also have quite a few classes together." Amy told Lily. "That's good. I don't think I'm going to make many more friends with all these people whispering rumors about me." Lily noted. "Hopefully it will die down by the end of the semester." Ian said. "Only hopefully. My pessimistic side doubts it." Lily said dully. "Come on, we'll walk to class." Amy said consolingly, putting an arm around her. "And so your first day was wrought with whispers and rumors and lies." Aden surmised. They were in the living room, having a conversation for once. "Yes. The only friends I have were Amy and Ian and that's because they met me over the summer and tried to make me get out of your yard. They thought you were going to eat me. Funny, huh?" Lily told him with a smile. "Very funny, especially since it's true that I could eat you. I'm sure you would taste absolutely delicious." Aden said confidently. Lily's smile died. She stood up and edged away from him and looked afraid. He advanced toward her, an indiscernible gleam in his eye. Lily felt quite sure that it was predatory lust. When she was backed against the wall with no where left to run, he stopped advancing. Aden smiled. "If I intended to eat you, I assure you I would have done so long ago." "So why are you coming towards me?" Lily asked, her voice shaking. "It has been a while since I have seen mortal fear. It's a bit intoxicating for me, and quite hard to resist. I'm restraining myself from licking your neck, which would speed up your pulse and tempt me to go further." Aden informed her. "You wanted to lick my neck?" she asked him in a small fearful voice. "Yes. Why, do you want me to?" Aden asked, leaning in and causing her to recoil. "No! It's just…that's a very personal thing to do to someone." she told him. "Yes, mostly among lovers, and I wouldn't want you to get any wrong ideas." Aden said lightly. Lily blushed. She quickly said good night and rushed up the spiral staircase. |

Chapter 3: Attraction
"Victor, how old is Aden?" Lily asked the
Hernof demon. She was sitting at the
kitchen counter, doing her homework
while Victor baked her a snack.
"Over 300 years old madam." Victor
answered. "I've told you to call me Lily." Lily said, smiling at him. She had befriended the old demon and would open up to him, and occasionally confide in him. "Lily, then. My master has been around for many centuries, though I only started to work for him around 300 years ago." Victor informed her. "Is he always so moody and strange?" she asked as offhandedly as she could muster. "You are concerned with his behaviors and habits?" Victor wondered. "No, he just is cold one minute then hot the next." Lily told him. "You find him hot?" Victor asked, raising an eyebrow. "No! He just…well one time he said he wanted to lick my neck, and then he keeps finding me in the hallways and pinning me to the wall and we have conversations like that. It's a little unnerving." Lily admitted. "Well, my master is a predator after all, and you are his prey. Perhaps his natural instincts tell him to do things like that." Victor guessed. He pulled a tray of brownies out of the oven and set them on a rack to cool. "Maybe." she said, returning to her science |
Re: Vampire's love by mhizgap(f): 3:05pm On Apr 30, 2017 |
What was she doing to him? How was she
doing it? He couldn't stop thinking about
her, having thoughts of holding her, and
other things. She was driving him mad. Aden had been locking himself in his study and his bedroom for days on end, walking around feeling frustrated. It wasn't as if he had never been with a woman before. Although it had been a while since he had. But there was strong sexual tension running through him because of that little slip of a girl. It was ridiculous, him getting worked up over a mortal. He had been touching himself more and more frequently, mostly because he had started to compulsively pin her against a wall and talk to her so he had an excuse to inhale her scent, which just further aroused him. The girl had no idea what was wrong with him, that much was clear. She was positively befuddled by his abnormal behavior, he could tell. He was just about to relieve himself when there was a knock on his bedroom door. "Victor, I said to leave me be!" Aden shouted, angry that he had been interrupted. There was a small "oh" on the other side of the door, and before he could stop himself, he was moving quickly towards the door and opening it. Lily stood there looking abashed, gazing at the floor. She was holding a small plate of brownies. "Victor baked these for me, and I thought you might want some." she said very quickly as way of an explanation. He saw her eyes move up his body, resting for a moment on the bulge in his pants. Her eyes got wide and she turned very red. She seemed at a loss for words and quickly averted her eyes to the floor, though they strayed curiously to his pants every now and then. He didn't know what to say either, so they stood there for quite a while. Eventually, she just shoved the plate into his hands and ran down the hallway to the spiral staircase. He sighed. He had been wildly hoping that the scene would lead to a different direction, preferably one where she curiously asked if she could explore his body, since she had never seen a man aroused before. He wished she would just touch him a little so he could possibly get rid of this infatuation for her. 1 Like |

Oh my God. Had she just caught him when
he was about to…? Surely not. Why would
he bother to open the door when she was
about to leave? Unless…he was hoping to
see her? Could he have possibly…been
thinking of her in…that way? The thought
sent shivers down her spine. She told herself she was being quite silly, that he probably just had pent up sexual frustration. After all, it had to have been many years since he last…with a woman. But she could not deny that the idea that thoughts of her could have done that to Aden appealed to her quite a lot. So…what now? Once Aden was a bit calmer and more rational and a lot less Hot, he went up the winding staircase to Lily's room. He knocked on the door. "Oh. Come in." Lily said nervously from the other side. Aden opened the door and stepped in. She was sitting on her bed with a book in her lap, not looking directly at him, but looking in his direction. He found this quite intriguing. Perhaps she liked what she had seen and could not admit it? He shook this thought quite quickly as it would lead to no where good. "I wanted to apologize for earlier. I did not mean for you to see that. It was highly inappropriate." Aden said, a bit stiffly. "Oh, you don't need to apologize. I'm the one who's sorry. I shouldn't have…" Lily started, but then wondered what she had done wrong and why she was blaming herself. "You see, it really is my fault. I was in a bit of a mood earlier…" Aden started to explain. "The mood." Lily muttered. "…Yes, the mood, and I wasn't quite rational and in control of myself." Aden finished. Earlier he had found her lack of eye contact intriguing, but now he found himself wishing she would look at him. He walked over and sat next to her, and turned her head to face his. "I'm okay with what you saw if you are." he said softly to her. She continued to make eye contact, but turned a very pretty shade of red. "But you obviously aren't. I'll leave." He stood up and went to the door. "Wait!" she called, sounding upset. He turned expectantly. "I just…had never seen that before. I was curious. So I guess I'm okay with it." Aden gave her a genuine smile. "Curiosity killed the cat, and the cat is buried out back, so you will want to exercise caution with your curiosity." With that, he walked out her door and she heard him climbing down the stairs. She thought that his words could be taken many different ways, and she wondered which way he meant. |

Chapter 4: A Leech It was late that night, when there was a knock on the door. Aden wondered who on earth would be calling this late, or at all. Then he thought that maybe they chose to come at night for a reason. Perhaps they could not face the day? He was right. When he opened the door, three members of the vampire council stood on his front step. "Good evening." he said politely, and they tipped their hats to him. He stood aside to let them in, then showed them into the living room. "What brings you here?" "I'm afraid Aden, that we have come to warn you about your house-guest. She is not a regular human. She is a special breed of humans know as a Supernatural Leech. She can drain you of all of your powers with a single kiss, and make you weak enough to be killed. We know how powerful you are, so we were very alarmed to learn that you had her living with you. She will no doubt have deadly control over her powers, and so might kiss you once without sucking your powers just to put you off guard." the head vampire warned. "I hardly believe she is dangerous. She's quite shy and meek. She is also incapable of defending herself from anything, from physical violence to harsh words." Aden assured them. The vampires looked at each other. "We didn't think you would fail to believe us. We know you must have looked her up in your Book of Peoples, but no one knew that she was a Leech until recently. And your Book draws on the knowledge of people that know things about a person." "Look, I know I won't be able to convince you, but she didn't come here to hurt me. She's so weak that she's at my mercy all the time!" Aden tried to explain. "That almost proves it. A Leech that has never fed on the supernatural is very frail and seeks out the powerful to protect them. Now, we should tell you that your powers will regenerate if she doesn't suck you dry. So the first time this happens, call us and we will come and exterminate her." the head vampire told him. He handed him a card. Aden shook his head in disbelief as he took the card. The second vampire sighed. "I fear we've come to late. You're already under her seductive spell aren't you?" "What spell?" Aden snapped. "Yes, I can see from your eyes that you are. We know you've been living here without any females for quite some time, so we were afraid she would make you want her." the third vampire stated calmly. "So what if I want her?! She's just a human. Even if she is a special human. Me wanting her proves nothing. Like you said, it's been a while!" Aden shouted. There was a small gasp at the door. Aden and his guests turned to see Lily peeking through the door, blushing madly. All three vampires looked afraid of her. Aden hastened to open the door and pulled Lily in. She was wearing a black sleeveless cotton nightgown. "She's staying with me, and that's final. Now get out! There's a reason I don't associate with other vampires!" 1 Like 1 Share |

Re: Vampire's love by mhizgap(f): 6:05pm On May 01, 2017 |
The three vampires from the
council shook their heads sadly,
then edged nervously around
Lily out of the room. When
they heard the front door
close, Lily and Aden knew that
they had to talk to each other.
"How long were you listening?"
Aden asked her softly.
"I came in around the part
where you said that you…
wanted me." Lily informed him,
blushing harder.
Aden felt a bit relieved. If she
truly was a Leech, she would
no doubt be horrified if she
found out. He intended to keep
it from her a little longer.
"It's okay. You said that it's
been a while. It's just because
you've been very lonely for so
long. And a girl like me with hot
blood running through me
must tempt a lonely vampire in
more than one way." Lily said
sensibly, though she still was
red as a cherry.
Aden still had his arm around
her, and he was trying to stop
himself from holding her since
their conversation had already
awakened his lust. Lily had
glanced at his pants and
noticed.
"You should go before I lose
my self-control." Aden said in a
tightly restrained voice.
"What will you do if that
happens?" Lily asked, though
she had already pulled away
from him.
"You would be molested, in the
least." Aden told her.
"But molestation is unwanted
physical attention. And…I'm
not sure I would mind." Lily
told him quietly.
Aden moaned with longing.
Every nerve in his body was
screaming at him to touch her,
and convince her to touch him,
if not just throw her to the
floor and have his way with
her! "Lily, if you have any
doubt that you want anything
from me, I suggest you go to
your room. If you wish for an
alternate and much more
pleasurable ending to your
night, you may go into my
room."
He had little doubt that she
would run to her tower room.
Fear was radiating off of her in
waves. She slowly turned and
walked to the door. Before she
closed it behind her, she gave
him a wistful look, which he
returned in earnest.
He stood there for a few
moments, to give her time to
get safely to her room before
he went and gave himself
release. He walked slowly back
to his empty room except…that
when he reached it, that same
fear was coming from within.
She had come into his room!
She was waiting for him so
they could explore each other!
Aden felt elated, and his groin
felt fit to burst. He opened the
door to see her sitting on the
edge of his bed in her thin
cotton nightgown, looking at
him with innocent curiosity.
This reminded him that he
could not just give in to his
passion and satisfy himself,
but that he had to be gentle
with her as he did so. |

He walked over to the bed,
picked her up, and laid her out
on it. She trembled a little under
his raking lustful gaze. He straddled her and pressed his bulge against her. She whimpered and her hips pressed upwards in response. "Lily, you have to know that we can't kiss yet. That does not mean that this is senseless lustful passion, because I do feel things for you." Aden assured her. "I trust you." Lily told him. At this, he lowered the straps on her shoulders and lowered the top of her nightgown, exposing her bare breasts. She blushed modestly as he stared at them salaciously. He had seen the form of them from underneath her clothes, but it was nothing compared to seeing them revealed like this. They weren't overly large, but they were round and soft to his touch. Her chest swelled upward as he played with her breasts, eventually taking his mouth on her right one. Her small stifled cries filled his ears and he was delighted to know he was causing her to make them. When he felt that he had paid enough attention to her chest, he pulled up the bottom of her nightgown to display her wet panties. Aden slowly pulled them off of her to reveal her dark curls hiding her sensitive part. He immediately spread her lips and delved his tongue deep into her . This time she did not attempt to stifle her cries of pleasure. While his tongue was busy inside her , he took his fingers and felt for her clitoris. He quickly found it and began to rub it between his fingers. Lily was crying out loudly now, and it wasn't long before her hands fisted on his sheets as she shook and came. He swallowed her juices and moved to lay next to her as she came down from her climax. She was breathing heavily as she said, "Your turn." |

Chapter 5: Rumors Hurt
When Lily was called in sick the next day, by
no less than the vampire himself, rumors
erupted as to the real cause of her absence.
"She's dead as a doornail, mark my words."
a boy said confidently.
"No, he would turn her, why else would he
let her stay if he was just going to kill her?"
a girl told him scathingly.
"She's probably chained in the basement
being tortured right now." Amy heard
someone say. Amy felt uneasy, and it showed in her face. "We'll go visit her house after school. Hopefully she'll have told the vampire about us and he won't kill us." Ian reassured her. And so after school Ian and Amy walked to the Vega house and opened the gate. They had never expected to come into this yard, where a stream from underneath the house ran uphill into a small pond at the top of the hill. Ian was the one who mustered up the courage to knock on the door. It was a few minutes before the door opened. To his horror, the vampire himself was the one opening the door, looking a bit disheveled and more than a little irritated. "What the hell do you want?!" he shouted at them. Ian and Amy were feeling quite intimidated, but Amy's worry for Lily gave her courage to speak. "We were worried about Lily. You called her in sick today and we wanted to be sure that she was all right." "Is that all? You really came to be sure that I didn't eat her and that she's still alive and human, I take it?" the vampire assumed. Ian and Amy nodded. The vampire closed the door a bit, but left it open a little while he went to get Lily. She came to the door wearing a black sleeveless cotton nightgown and looking a bit upset. "Are you okay Lily? What's wrong? " Amy asked, immediately putting an arm around her. Lily was almost in tears. "I…Nothing. I've just come down with a fever and I was spending my time reading a tragedy novel. They really get to me." Lily assured them. "Well, as long as you'll be back at school soon." Ian said happily. "You missed me?" Lily wondered incredulously. "Of course, you're our friend. The rest of the school was formulating theories as to what happened to you. We'll tell you the wilder ones sometime." Amy assured her with a smile. "Okay, well thank you for checking in on me. Good-bye." Lily said, smiling as they turned away and she closed the door. When she turned, however, Aden was standing in her way to her bedroom and she her smile instantly soured. Aden opened his mouth to try and say something, but Lily pushed past him and ran up the stairs to her room. |

Earlier… Lily and Aden were tired after an eventful night, and were laying in bed together when there was a knock on the door. Aden rapidly got dressed and went to answer it since Victor was occupied elsewhere in the house. A few minutes later, he came back into the room, flinging Lily's nightgown at her. "Hurry up and get dressed. Your friends from school are here, and they want to see you and make sure you're okay. Be sure and convince them that you're really sick and don't let on about what happened last night. You don't want it spread around that you're the vampire's LovePeddler." Aden immediately regretted the phrasing of his last comment. Lily looked utterly hurt and her eyes were sparkling with unshed tears. She got dressed, tidied her long black hair, and walked out, still looking as if he had kicked her. After a minute of internal battle, he followed her to the entrance hall to apologize. But when she finished with her friends, she just pushed past him and ran up the stairs to her room. He could hear her crying as she went. Damn. He had really screwed things up. Aden stood idly there for a minute or so before realizing that he would have to follow her and apologize before he would feel any less miserable. There was a knock on Lily's door. She was lying on her bed crying. How could he say that?! "Go away." she said, crushed. "We need to talk. I didn't mean what I said the way you took it. " Aden tried to explain. "So I suppose you meant it to sound charming or noble to call me a LovePeddler!" Lily shouted. Aden opened the door and entered without permission. He had to tell her. "No, what I meant was I know how the townspeople are, and if they heard that you had… relations with me, you would never hear the end of it. I meant that they would call you my LovePeddler or concubine, when you're really nothing of the sort." Lily stopped crying. She said slowly, "So… you don't think I'm a…LovePeddler for what we did together last night?" "Of course not. I would never have done anything with you if I didn't respect you, no matter how much I wanted you." Aden informed her. "Now I have some researching to do today, so I trust you can occupy yourself with something." "Of course. And what about Victor?" Lily inquired. "What about him?" Aden asked. "Well, surely he heard something last night. Is it okay if I tell him?" Lily asked. "I suppose so. It really is none of his business what his master does." Aden said. "So you merely had MouthAction?" Victor asked. "Well, yes." Lily said. She did not say this unblushingly, even though Victor seemed unaffected by the subject matter. "I'm sure my master is more pleased than he is letting on. He has harbored deep desires for you ever since you arrived. And he's never been with a woman in all the years I've worked for him. It has been terribly lonely for him. I'm not sure he would have handled himself well if you were unwilling." Victor told her cautiously. "He told me to leave before he lost his self- control." Lily informed him. "He was wise to do so. If he had molested or raped you, I doubt you would want to stay." Victor said. "It's said you can't rape the willing. I suppose that would have protected me." Lily shrugged. "Indeed." Victor agreed stiffly. |

Chapter 6: Nature of a Leech That day, Aden looked Lily up once more in the Book of Peoples. Sure enough, her entry had been updated to her newfound status as a Supernatural Leech. It also gave some helpful characteristics and quirks of a Leech. Aden doubted very much if even the Council of Vampires knew this much about Leeches. This had no doubt been found in the brain of a supernatural expert, of which there were none in the Council of Vampires. Her entry read: This girl has been very unfortunate but as of late has seen a better life. She was grudgingly adopted by a family with a long line of sons, and was therefore unwanted to begin with. Added on to that, her family prized physical qualities above mental ones while she is studious and keen to learn. Not very strong, she was often beaten and humiliated by her brothers and parents. She is totally incapable of defending herself, and has help defending herself from cruel words at school from her friends Ian and Amy. She is very shy and likes to read. She is good at cleaning and cooking, and other domestic skills. Her parents sent her to live with a known vampire under the pretense of going to a better highschool and living with a rich old uncle. She was and still is unaware of their deception and their desire to see her dead and be rid of her forever. Her life has improved since she went to live with the vampire. She quickly became his girlfriend and now struggles with the question of whether she loves him or not. This girl is a breed of human called the Supernatural Leech. They feed off anything with supernatural powers, and have many ways of feeding. It was previously thought that a Leech could only feed by kissing a supernatural being to obtain their energy and strength, but closer study has shown this to be mistaken. Taking in supernatural fluids is another way to maintain a Leech. And their hands can be used to drain more solid objects, although not people. Few Leeches exist, and this girl's parents left her in the care of humans so she would not find herself set apart from the world and alone. She is ignorant of her nature and has little if any control over her Leech powers. 'Supernatural fluids huh?' Aden thought. 'She did seem a lot better after she swallowed my…but I assumed it was our post-climax state that made it seem so. And if it really is any fluid…' |

Lily, come take a walk with me." Aden
requested. "Fine." Lily said, laying down her book. They walked out the front door into the bright sunshine. Lily watched Aden's face, and he didn't even flinch. They walked out into his front yard, but as they strolled around to the side of the house, Lily noticed something odd. "That stream. It comes over from underneath your house and flows uphill to the top of a hill. Am I missing something here, or am I just losing my mind?" Lily asked him. "No, this is a supernatural spring that comes from my basement. I'm not even sure of the hows and whys of it." Aden admitted. "I did hear a rumor at school about a cursed spring. They say you will die if you drink from it." Lily told him. "If I assured you that you wouldn't, would you drink from it?" Aden asked her. Lily gave him a critical eye. "I think I would. I trust you." she said. "Then take a drink. I believe it will be beneficial to your health." Aden told her. Lily cupped her hands and scooped up some water. "To my health then." she said, tipping her hands and pouring the water into her mouth. She spluttered and Aden was concerned for a moment, but she just coughed and assured him, "Some of it went down my windpipe." "How do you feel?" he asked. "It feels like a long-standing thirst has been quenched." she replied oddly. "I don't even know how I know that." "Do you feel stronger, healthier?" Aden inquired further. "Actually…yes. I feel more solid, more substantial. Like I've been merely a half- person up till now." Lily told him. "Lily, from now on, drink a cupful of water from this spring every day. It is necessary for your continued health." Aden informed her. "If you say so." Lily said doubtfully. "I do say so. Now you should probably do your homework or read a book or do whatever it is you mortals do." Aden said dismissively. Lily felt rebuked, belittled. She turned angrily and walked back to the house. Once inside, she stalked upstairs to her tower room. He sounded like he was talking to a child. How dare he demean her so! She decided not to do anything sexual with him until he had shown her more respect. She was still fuming the next day when she returned to school. Ian and Amy could tell. "Lily, if you glare any more hatefully at that pen, it will burst into flames." Ian warned her. "That would probably alleviate some of my frustration at least." Lily said balefully. "Ian, Lily, are you paying attention? I just assigned you to a group with Amy. You will research the Salem witch trials and provide a report of the occurrence along with insight as to how people could be driven to do such cruel things. I will expect a detailed explanation since it will be due at the end of the semester." their teacher informed them. They were given the rest of the period to discuss work schedules since they would be given no in-class time. "This might be a stretch, but maybe Aden would let us use his library. He keeps it under lock and key, but I might be able to persuade him…" Lily trailed off, frowning. How would she persuade him without anything sexual? And had her integrity become so lax that she would do such a thing just for a good grade?! "What influence do you hold over the vampire?" Amy wondered. "Um, I just know a secret of his." Lily invented wildly. "You know his weakness?" Ian guessed. "I did stumble across it, yes." Lily said truthfully. His weakness was that despite the fact that he was not human, he was still a man. He had feelings and desires like a man and could therefore be manipulated if one had such an evil disposition. 'Do I have an evil disposition?' Lily wondered. 'No,' she thought sensibly, 'I just want him to let me into that mysterious library of his. And now I have a better excuse than lack of other new reading material and curiosity.' "So you'll tell us tomorrow if we can come after school?" Amy assumed. "I'll keep my schedule open." Ian promised. "I'll ask him tonight." Lily decided. |

That night, Lily approached Aden in his
study. He looked like he was deep in
thought with some troubling matter. Lily
had decided if he was civil with her and let
her use the library, she might reconsider
her vow of abstinence. After all, Aden wasn't the only one with desires. "Aden…" Lily addressed him. "What is it Lily?" Aden asked wearily. "I was wondering if my friends and I could use your library to research the Salem witch trials." Lily requested. "What?! What do you want to know about that for?" Aden asked, looking up in alarm. Lily gave him a strange look. "For a school project. We wanted to know if we could look in your library for books on that subject." "I suppose so. Provided I find your books for you and you don't take them out of the library. And I'll watch you do your research." Aden said. "High security? Oh well. But would tomorrow be okay?" Lily asked. Aden sighed. "I suppose." "I'm not sure I like the idea of him watching us." Amy said nervously as they walked to Lily's house. "Then I guess we'll try to take useful notes quickly." Ian suggested. "He's not so bad really." Lily assured them. They both gave her a skeptical look. They had now arrived outside of Lily's house. On their way through the yard, Lily detoured to the stream and dipped a cup into its water. She drank the whole thing, despite Ian's gasp and Amy's shriek. "That will kill you!" Amy squealed. "I drink from it everyday after school. Aden told me that if I drank a cup a day, I would be healthier. So far, he seems to be right." Lily said. "Let's just go inside. Maybe the house will creep me out less than the stream does." Amy said. They went inside, and it was cool and dusty compared to the heat and fresh air outside. Lily lead them to the library, where Aden was waiting with the key. "The books on the Salem witch trials are on the table. You are not to read any other books." Aden instructed. He unlocked the doors. They went in and he shut the doors behind them. "I thought he was going to watch us." Amy said, staring at the closed door. "Whoa." Lily said in awe. Her eyes were looking everywhere at once. This was better than the public library. The bookshelves were towering, and the library itself was open space of two stories. Lily itched to run to the shelves and to find a book to read after Ian and Amy left. She restrained herself, however. For a few minutes. Then she wandered into the shelves. She saw where the books on the table had obviously come from. There was one book bearing the title My Account of the Salem Witch Trials that was left on the shelves. Lily started to pull it off the shelf and she wondered what was in there that Aden didn't want her to see. 'Think of the devil, and here he comes.' she thought as she saw Aden striding towards her. |
Re: Vampire's love by mhizgap(f): 12:05pm On May 03, 2017 |
He pinned her to the bookshelf. "What did I
say?" he asked her. "Not to look at any other books." Lily said calmly. "But this is on the Salem witch trials and it's not with the other books. Why?" "It's personal." Aden replied immediately. Lily's eyes widened. "You wrote this book? You were at the Salem witch trials?!" "I was part of the reason they happened." Aden told her. "How?" Lily asked. Aden told her his story. "Believe it or not, I used to be very popular among vampire social circles. I had lots of friends. But I lived in a small house outside the town of Salem. I was still a fledgling back then. I still had powers, but they were no where near as powerful as today, and were also untapped; I didn't know about them. I had no idea how powerful my sire was. Anyway, I fed off of some religious zealot's daughter. Wrong move. The whole thing was covered up and the witch-hunt began to distract anyone who might ask too many questions about her death. Some people accused me of witchcraft. So I was locked up and was about to persuade the guard to let me out when my friends stormed the place where they were holding me. They murdered the guard, gruesomely, I might add. It disgusted even me. I ran past my friends and out of the cell and took my things and left that night. The guard incident was also covered up. I'm not in the history books because my story was true. But I met Victor on my way to my family homestead. I decided to settle down and feed off animal blood. I shunned other vampires and contained my appetite for human blood." Through his whole story, he had had her pressed against him. It was evident that although his past didn't arouse him, she did. "Now's not really a great time. They'll be wondering where I am. After they leave…" Lily trailed off suggestively. "I'll just go calm down." Aden said, disappearing between the shelves. Lily walked back to her friends, who were studying the books on the table. They looked up when she came, and both sighed, evidently relieved. "We were afraid you were in trouble." Amy told her. "But anyway, I have to leave now that I know you're fine. I promised my parents that I would be home five minutes ago. I didn't tell them I was coming here, or they would freak." Ian said. He quickly gathered his things and walked out of the library. Amy followed suit, and Lily saw them to the door. Aden approached her immediately, his every action radiating lust. Lily allowed him to handle her. She looked out the window and saw Ian convulsing on the ground. "Oh my god! He's having an attack or something." Lily said, pointing out the window. Aden looked. Ian was lying next to the stream, and Amy was freaking out over his convulsing body. "Curses, that fool drank the water. He'll die if I don't…" Aden muttered, running out the front door and across the yard to Ian. Lily trailed closely behind him. Aden moved Ian so his neck was exposed. After a moment of hesitation, he tentatively sunk his fangs into Ian's neck. Amy shrieked and tried to pull him off, but Lily held her back. "He said Ian would die if he didn't do something. I guess he's sucking out poison or-" Lily gasped herself when Aden used one of his delicate and sharp nails to make a small slit in his own jugular. Blood dribbled out and Aden held his neck so the blood dripped into Ian's mouth. "That's not sucking out poison!" Amy cried. "That's how you make a vampire." Lily said in realization. Amy hadn't heard. Ian's body was slack, and Aden picked him up, looking furtively around for any witnesses. Luckily, there were none, and he carried Ian into the house, Lily leading Amy in behind him. |

Chapter 8: Dead Isn't Always Forever Amy was sobbing uncontrollably. "Ian's dead!" Lily rubbed her back and gave her a shoulder to cry on. "Lily, come outside with me, quickly." Aden demanded. Lily obeyed, but was hesitant to obey his next order. "Drink the blood from my wound, before it stops flowing." "Why?" she asked, looking doubtful and afraid. "If you trust me, then just do it. It's important for your health." Aden told her. "That's what you said about the water, but it killed Ian!" Lily protested. "You're special. Normal rules don't apply. Now drink my blood. I intended to do this for you anyway, but now is convenient." Aden said. Lily grudgingly licked the slit in his throat, swallowing all the blood it put out. The second her tongue touched his neck, Aden let out a moan. Lily slapped his arm and glared at him. Soon his wound began to stop bleeding. Lily wiped her mouth so no blood was apparent, and pulled Aden back into the sitting room. Amy was still sobbing, and Lily returned to be her shoulder to cry on. "Stop crying. Dead isn't forever in this case. He'll wake three days from now. He'll be different, but he should mostly continue life as normal." Aden told her. Lily glared at him again, this time for his lack of sympathy. "But he'll be a vampire? What if he tries to eat me?" Amy demanded, suddenly angry with Aden. "Look, either way, he would be dead. One of the deaths is just longer than the other." Aden said sensibly. "Anyway, I'm sure Aden will raise him to be a domestic vampire like him." Lily said with a meaningful look at Aden. "The first thing he'll taste when he wakes is cow blood." Aden promised her. "Amy, look, it's important for no one to suspect Ian, at least for a while. If you get any questions as to where he is, avoid them and if they press, say he ran away and made you promise to keep it secret to give him a head start before anyone starts looking for him." Lily told Amy. "Can you do that?" Amy sniffed and nodded. "I promise I'll take good care of him when he wakes up, and we'll try to send him home A-S-A-P." Lily promised. "Will he still be Ian?" Amy asked reluctantly. Lily looked to Aden for the answer. "He might have problems with not being human anymore, but barring any issues with that, he's the same person. The transformation will not change his personality, but the after-effects might." Aden said. "Were you always like this?" Amy asked cautiously. Aden looked at her, studying her as if trying to see her intent. "No. Not always." he replied. "You should go home now, your parents will worry." Lily said, leading Amy to the door. "I don't think I need to tell you but if they ask, you were never here." Amy nodded with understanding. She left and pulled the front door closed behind her. "Well there goes the mood of the evening, and on top of that there's a dead body in the living room. Can't you put him in a spare bedroom?" Lily asked. "I'll have Victor do it." Aden promised. "You haven't told me why drinking from the spring doesn't kill me." Lily reminded him. "I suppose I should tell you now rather than later." Aden decided Lily pulled him into his own bedroom and sat with him on the bed. "Tell me, please." she requested, her eyes curious. "Promise me you won't do anything rash." Aden said. "Huh? Okay, I promise." Lily assured him. "You aren't a normal human. You're a Supernatural Leech, that draws energy from supernatural sources. The spring is supernatural, so instead of it killing you, you draw energy from it, and it strengthens you. The blood you drank tonight should start affecting you tomorrow. You'll be stronger, faster, and have better senses." Aden told her. |
Re: Vampire's love by mhizgap(f): 12:20pm On May 03, 2017 |
"Wait, what?" Lily asked, confused.
"Don't make me explain again. This is why i can't kiss you yet. You have no control over your powers, so you would drain me of my power. You can kiss supernatural beings, drink supernatural liquids, or put your hands on supernatural objects to obtain your required energy." Aden informed her. "Okay. And you didn't tell me this before because…?" Lily asked. "I thought the idea of not being completely human might disturb you." Aden said. "I can deal." she assured him. "Well you have certainly taken this better than I imagined at least." Aden told her. "So how do I learn to control my powers so I can finally kiss you without endangering you?" Lily asked. "I have no idea. The vampire council might, but I'd prefer not to summon them." Aden confided. "You sure didn't seem happy with them the last time they came." Lily noted. "That was because they told me you are a Leech and warned me against you. Said that you had come to steal my power." Aden said. "They're paranoid." Lily pointed out. "Yes, very." Aden agreed. "And even if you did summon them, would they be willing to help someone who they suspect?" Lily asked. "Probably not even for me." Aden replied. "Are you very influential?" Lily asked. "You could definitely say that." Aden said dryly. Lily wondered what he meant by that. She momentarily ignored it however, and moved on. "Perhaps I'll just go to bed…in my room." Lily said quietly. Aden's heart ached. Did his display of vampirism disgust her so? Why wouldn't she come sleep in his bed, in his arms? "Is it…me?" he asked her uncertainly. "What? No! I just…it's been a busy day, lots of stuff has happened. Ian's dead, he'll be a vampire soon, I'm not entirely human, so I have that to think about. It's just a lot to think about. It's not you. I know you're a vampire, and I still love you." she told him. The last four words almost brought his dead heart to life again. (Just to warn you, the ending rushed and fairly crappy.) |

Chapter 9: Feeding
"What happened?" Ian wondered, sitting
up. He was lying on a bed, and Lily and her
vampire were standing there watching him.
Aden handed him a mug of hot something.
He took it because he was very hungry. It
did not quench his hunger completely, but
it made it bearable. He had a terrible urge to
just bite into Lily.
Just as he was ready to lunge at her, Aden
restrained him. He struggled and snapped
his teeth at her, but she merely looked sad,
not afraid.
"Ian think! You don't want to hurt Lily. Not
really. The blood isn't worth it. It's not
worth it." Aden said firmly. "Lily, get some
more of that hot blood for him. He's still
hungry obviously."
Lily nodded and left the room. She quickly
returned and brought another steaming
mug of blood. This one almost burnt Ian's
throat going down, but it helped to satisfy
his terrible hunger. Aden nodded at Lily and
she went and retrieved a third mug of
blood. Ian quickly downed that too.
"That's enough for now. I forgot how
hungry you are when you first wake up."
Aden said in slight amazement.
"And you've never sired another vampire
before?" Lily asked.
"Not before now, no." Aden replied.
"Am I a vampire?" Ian wondered groggily.
"No, you're gulping down blood because
you're going through a phase." Aden said
sarcastically.
"Aden!" Lily protested. "Be more sensitive!"
"So I am a vampire. What happened?" Ian
wondered.
"You drank from the spring. It kills normal
humans. Aden drank your blood and gave
you some of his. Amy was very upset." Lily
told him.
"Amy! Crap, what is she going to say?" Ian
thought aloud.
"She'll have to come to terms with it." Aden
said.
"What am I going to do?" Ian asked.
"You will continue life as before. You just
ran away for three days because some teen
drama was happening or whatever. Lily will
bring you blood for lunch at school, and
you will feel very mild unease in sunlight."
Aden told him.
"And I just go home?" Ian wondered.
"Yes. You're lucky vampires heal quickly
with little or no scarring. Otherwise you
would easily be found out through a bite
scar on your neck." Aden mentioned. "I
doubt you could pass it off as a hickey."
"Good. This isn't going to be something I'm
proud of." Ian muttered.
"You'll get used to it eventually." Aden
assured him.
Ian looked away from Lily and Aden. "Thank
you for saving me." he said.
Lily smiled. "I'm just glad you're okay.
"I hope you value your life well now. I could
have a lot of trouble from the townsfolk if
they find out that you're a vampire. It's not
like it would be hard to know who had
done it." Aden said.
"I won't talk about it, believe me." Ian
assured him.
"You should probably go home now and
feed the lies to your parents." Lily
suggested.
"I'll do that." Ian said. Lily saw him out.
"Lily, I have to write a letter to the Council.
They need to know that I have sired an heir.
I'm also going to warn them that if they
ever harm you, I will personally visit each
and every one of them and raise Hell itself."
Aden told her.
"Ian's your heir? Like if someone killed you,
he would get your house and Victor?" Lily
asked, frowning in her confusion.
"And my powers would be added to his. He
will develop some of my powers, some
sooner, like my immunity to sunlight, others
later, like my ability to create forcefields and
drain life force. He would be much stronger
if I were dead. But I think it would be best
to keep that knowledge from him." Aden
said.
"I agree. Not that I don't trust him, but it
would kill me if you died." Lily told him.
Aden could not disguise his elated smile.
"Do you mean that?"
"Don't sound so gloomy about me plotting
suicide, jeez." Lily said, rolling her eyes.
"You never said suicide! I thought you
meant metaphorical or emotional death!
You are not allowed to commit suicide, no

grabbed her arm roughly. "Do you
understand?!"
"Ow, Aden, that hurts!" Lily cried, trying to
twist out of his grip. He just tightened his
hold.
"Promise me!" Aden demanded.
"I won't!" Lily cried as he squeezed her arm.
She was crying now, slumping to the floor.
Aden seemed to realize what he was doing
to her and released her like she burned
him. "Lily, I-I can't even begin to-I'm so
sorry."
Lily was still sobbing wretchedly and she
had instinctively scrambled away from Aden
when he released her. He approached her,
and after an initial flinch, she allowed him
to embrace her.
"I'm sorry Lily, but the thought of you dead
just…" Aden trailed off with a shudder.
"I'm going to die. You should get used to

Nairaland writers are doing a great job seriously, You get over 100 views with no comments. More ink to their pen more power to their hands Its really frustrating when you type and more frustrating when you use phones to type then you get less words of encouragement. Funny enough.... Story would be completed soon... |
