2. The Queenstown dredging/reclamation at N1.68billion
3. and the N1.72billion dredging and canalization of Abonnema Wharf – Eagle Island.

Probably if one of the state agencies in Rivers State had the dredgers which could dredge those rivers in Rivers state, he wouldn't have spent so much amount in dredging.

Often as u listen to Ameachi he appears to be of the mindset Nigerians are fools. While contractors seemed to have inflated projects sums, one can't imagine that a minister will be claiming that 100m can dredge river niger. I mean it's not even enough to by diesel for fuelling the dredgers for a month.
