In some situations, a stated budget could be adjusted due to prevailing circumstances Sir. And that is why we want to leave the budgets till the end of a stage. Expect the budget that built the house as soon as we roof the building. I think it serves more purpose after such an important milestone.

I definitely understand where you are coming and NOT too many people will understand the difference between proposed budget and the actual numbers, so we will patiently wait till the roofing is done.
But i surely missed those days when you will give us figures on a daily basis . . . .

Pls may i ask why most of your design doesn't have stairs behind at least for emergency exit. or as alternative exit

His designs always come with INSIDE double stairs, one the main stair, while the other one serves as the alternative exit.

Most structures in the east are built in the pattern.
