Everyone wants to lose stomach fat but for most people this is a long and tedious process with slow results, if any. What's the way to achieve a fast stomach fat loss? The following tips will help you to burn off belly fat and get the flat abs you've always wanted.

1. Sleep more - This is a simple way to have less stomach fat. Research shows that people who sleep under 5 hours a night can end up with about 30 extra kg than people who sleep more. I recommend sleeping 7 hours each night. However, each person is different and you may need to go up to 8.

2. Drink more water - Water has been called the elixir of life but it's also important to lose stomach fat. Also, water keeps the body working as it should and that is always important for fat loss. Drink 8 glasses each day at the very least.

3. Eat a lot of fiber rich food - Fiber helps the digestive system and is important to prevent bloatiness, indigestion, and helps your body to use the food you put into it in the most effective way. Fiber can be found in whole grain bread, cereals, fruit, and vegetables.
