CHELSEA will be crowned Premier League champions if they beat West Brom on Friday.

The Blues have been in imperious form under Antonio Conte and need just three more points to seal their second title in three years.

The Italian manager has worked wonders since taking over at Chelsea last summer, transforming a team that finished 10th last season into champions-elect.

Pundits at the start of the season predicted a straight shoot-out between Manchester United and Manchester City for top spot.

But the trophy seems to be heading back to Stamford Bridge – although West Brom are sure to be keen on spoiling the party.
