Shaykh Muḥammad ibn ʿUmar Bāzmūl(hafidhohullaah) was asked :

" Why do all the [deviant] groups show enmity towards the Salafīs?”

The Shaykh hafidhohullaah stated: "This is because their views and opinions are contradictory to Salafīyyah. Salafīyyah not only clarifies their contradictions but also deems them to be innovators.

This is what is meant [by the Prophet (ﷺ) when he said:] 'All of them [i.e the groups] are in the Fire, except one.' It was said: 'Which group, O Messenger of Allāh?' He (ﷺ) said: 'That which I and my Companions are upon.' He (ﷺ) also said in another narration: 'The Jamā‘ah.'"
