it was back in the days when i was in the secondary school. there was this girl i was trying to woo. so one day, the agricultural science teacher told us to get bamboo stems to support yam tendrils in the school farm. this girl then asked for my assistance. i saw this as a chance to play my cards on getting her. i went into the nearest bush and cut 2 heavy bamboo stems. dragging them through the thick maze of undergrowth was one story; the itch the bamboo caused me was another. not to talk of the blazing sun of the dry season that day. guess what the cow of a girl said when i finally presented her bamboo to her? she just pouted her dirty mouth, let out a long heart rending hiss and calling my name , she said 'you are so lazy o. so of all the bamboo in the bush, na dis toothpick you see bring?' i felt like committing murder that day! |

Re: things we do for love by Nobody: 11:18pm On Jan 29, 2007 |
Dvampire: more like stupid things we do when we assume we are in love! Not good to run ahead of yourself! It bites you in the ass eventually! Before you go cutting more hypothetical bamboo trees next time make sure you are both on the same page! Girls are excellent at leading you on to know where. |

Hehe, so dragging the bamboo to your classroom was what you sacrificed for her? Did she tell you she couldn't drag her own bamboo? |

Burned a f**king hole in my wallet. all she did was send a one bloody text saying "thanks". wtf? glad i learnt my lesson early though |
