A thief who wanted to steal keke napep was nabbed by a local vigilant group during a burial ceremony at Ora eri a town in Aguata LGA, Anambra state. It was gathered that the master key he used to steal d keke napep starts all vehicle's engine as it was tested by the DPO at Ekwulobia Divisional police station.
