Inception: That's a Valid Question Sir. The pages are Google are awashed with predominantly Nigerian sites et blogs alluding the design of the automobile to him. Perhaps the only foreign site in the first two pages has "African" which prolly means it still belongs to a Nigerian. This is who Wikipedia provided as the Designer of the Chevrolet Volt.
