My 6months tecno droidpad 10 pro II has boot failure. I called most of the Carl care centers available, dey said D software is not available. How do I get it resolved.

What about backing up your important files and doing a factory reset?

Hohohoho thats just a deadly virus. I had the same issue with a samsung phone last year and even formatting the phone didnt help. You may need to flash a new stock ROM and i believe thats where carlcare comes in.

I think you should free space on the device. Move media files to the SD card. If it continues to be slow after this, then maybe you'll need to reset ur phone after backing up ur data.

That is the truth because if your phone has critical issues like battery or board problem; only engineer can fix that.

My Camon CX-Air I bought exactly a week now is Restarting itself. I first noticed it on Saturday, it restart itself twice on Sunday, once yesterday Monday and I discovered it restart itself when I woke up this morning.

Also, files I downloaded most Especially images or videos doesn't stay on the phone for more than 5 minutes before it will automatically delete.
