True that, l wish Nigeria has a good data base to punish errant and those who drive under the influence of substance abuse, some drivers have no business been behind the wheel, some will drink ogogoro mixed with root + weed before driving

If dogs die like the way people die in Nigeria in some western countries the president of those countries would have gone on television and declare a national emergency.

Day after day, Buhari's Nigeria is a most dysfunctional land of tragic episodes - Road dysfunctional, drivers dysfunctional, VIO to test road worthiness of a car, dysfunctional.
