Interswitch is more professionally-minded, and are more forward-looking.
They have the likes of Accenture and major banks like FBN on their boards.
ETranzact is more of a one-man business.

Gbam!!! True talk, Interswitch is one of the very very few (Not more than 3) IT companies in Nigeria that are well structured and run like multinationals, that have good standards.

Although I don't know anything about ETranzact, I know Interswitch intimately. Ajanlekoko is quite right! Interswitch has very strong brand, the work environment is relaxed and fantastic, infact the company is world class!
