To drive LED Mobile Advertising Truck

Location: Lagos Mainland


JOB SUMMARY
The LED mobile advertising truck driver shall be required to drive the vehicle along designated routes in the Lagos metropolis from 7am – 8pm, Mondays to Saturdays. The driver, along with his assistant shall be responsible for ensuring that the truck and all other components/equipment are in good working order on a daily basis and that any faults detected are reported to his supervisor and resolved in the shortest possible time.

The driver shall also ensure that the truck is parked in the designated secure location on a daily basis and that any security/safety observations/concerns are reported immediately.


SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

<> Drive the truck to designated location(s)/on designated routes.
<> Perform pre-trip vehicle & all equipment inspection to ensure all are in good working order.
<> Put on the generator and power the computer system and the LED screens.
<> Complete and submit trip report on daily basis.
<> Ensure that own driver’s licence, as well as all vehicle particulars and other relevant documents are up to date.
<> Take the truck for routine maintenance and servicing as, and when required
<> Provide timely feedback on any issue with the truck, generator, screens or computer.
<> General cleaning of the truck and its components.
<> Ensure that at the end of the day, the truck is parked in the designated secure location without exception, every day.

<> Maintenance of truck in good condition
<> Adherence to routes and times
<> Prompt resolution of issues
<> Minimal incidents & prompt communication to supervisor of any incidents
<> No accidents


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

<> SSCE with basic knowledge in computer operation.
<> Minimum of 3yrs driving experience (specifically trucks or big buses).
<> Must possess a valid drivers license and LASDRI


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTITUDE REQUIRED

<> Good knowledge of the Lagos road network, traffic laws and road signs.
<> Calmness, honesty/trustworthiness/integrity and dependability
<> Maturity and ability to maintain composure under stressful situations
<> Self-awareness, security consciousness and ability to think and act quickly
<> Ability to deal with the public in a positive, courteous and respectful manner.
<> Good communication skills.


SALARY: N55,000/month
The candidate must be resident within or around Magodo axis.
