For some time now I've noticed that there is a large amount of defaced 100 naira notes in circulation.

Where are they coming from?
Who is responsible?

People have stopped rejecting worn out N100 notes because they are always replaced with another just as worn out or even worse. I doubt if they've printed new notes since last year.

Those monies are supposed to be retrieved from circulation and burnt but the top guys still divert them and send it back to circulation! See where we are? This country needs urgent help from God.

This is normal, you hardly find a neat 100# note these days and the govt won't print any. Don't know why.

Basically, 100Note is the most used by average Nigerians hence the defaced.

I habe noticed this since February. Almost every Naira note I gey here are either dirty old, torn or defaced. Weird
