A media outlet 'Amiloaded.com' has fed about a thousand Osun Street Kids in its 'Project Feed 1,000 Osun Street Kids, 2017'. The Project which is powered by Amiloaded.com is designed to be a biannual program in Osun State before moving to other states of the federation.

The project which is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) especially to banish hunger and ensure that no kid is subjected to malnutrition in the country took off from Osogbo, Osun State capital to Ile Ife, Ilesa, Iwo, Ede, Ikire and Ikirun.

The Project was powered by Amiloaded.com and also supported by a lot of prominent individuals and organizations among whom we have the Ooni of Ife, Ataoja of Osogbo, Timi of Ede, Oluwo of Iwo, Pavilion Lounge, Swiftsreporters, Tiwan-Tiwa-l'Osun, Okiki Films and Music Promotion, Terra and structures Nigeria Limited, Pentagon mart, Real Drill Hydrokonsut

In her appreciative note, the convengner of the program, Aminat Ajibola thanked God for the success of the project which she called a commendable way of identifying with children in the street.

She said, 'I am happy to have done this to identify with the street kids and restoring their hope. This project shall be a biannual program in Osun State before moving to other states of the federation. This world will be a better place for all if we shear what we have.'

Amiloaded executed this creative plan through the provision of nutritious meal for the little children on the streets. This act of generosity was aimed at giving those young minds a sense of belonging and restore their hope which in turn will make them believe in themselves and realize that they have equal opportunities like their counterparts globally.

Nice one.

they should be trained how to fish instead............; that meal is just for a day or Two and their situation/condition remains the same.

While I laud the initiative, I see it as mere surface scratching, except they plan to be feeding them everyday. Why feed them today, get media attention and leave them at the mercy of hunger later. Would have preferred an educational programme or product that the kids can continue using.

Maybe I will stop getting mentions after reading the above quote.

For thoso telling me to do my own, even if I will, I won't set cameras there and make it public.

Don't get me wrong....
No age is too low to learn any skill....they are many technical skills they can roll them in within the state and watch them bring good things out from it. The food given to them has no impact in their lifes, na just one day meal.

And to your questions, a 3 year old boy is a famous DJ in south Africa.

Are these really street children or children from the neighboring communities who came around because they saw you with bags of goodies?
