This protest was long overdue. I wondered the delay? When all other states were complaining, shouting, crying etc, Delta was mute. Thank God they eventually received sense to protest

The same Okowa, since he took over as governor has deprived Deltans studying abroad of their scholarship grants. Most of them have dropped-out of their programmes because they can no longer meet-up with their fees.
