Our client, a major player in the apparel industry is currently looking for a Personal Assistant to the MD for immediate employment

Job description

• Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
• Screen, direct phone calls and response correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary, schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Source office supplies
• Devise and maintain office filing system

Experience:

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good research skill

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in English or Law
• Must be presentable and humble person
• Must be very good in speech writing

Location: Surulere, Lagos.
