Information reaching the Politics Nigeria Newsdesk reveals that Police in Cross River State tear-gassed peaceful demonstrators earlier today.who stood up to expressed themselves against the government inability to provide them with adequate security, water, clean environment, tourism, safe drinking water, pay salaries, pension, and gratuity.

The protesters were agitating against the government's inability to provide them with adequate security, water, clean environment, tourism, safe drinking water, pay salaries, pension, and gratuity.
