We all saw the news of how Governor Amosun commission $100m Factory, A factory will generate revenue and employment for the good people of Ogun state. Governor Udom Emmanuel also commissioned a Toothpick and Pencil Factory last week and Governor Wike just commissioned the Port Harcourt Pleasure Park!.
All this states federal allocation are almost the same and they are not owing the state workers salaries or maybe a month!
So how come Delta state governor is owing salaries and at the same time not working?
