An organic farm is the most stressful farm to operate.
An acre of "fully organic" farm should have atleast 4 workers and a manager.
Please note the itemised "fully organic"
I operate an organic farm and know what it means.
But please don't mind me

That probably makes sense if your farm is "manually operated". Our farm is heavily mechanised. We have tractors to plough, disc and till, bed shapers to make beds, plastic mulch layers to lay plastic and drip tape simultaneously, water wheel vegetable transplanters to transplant seedlings into beds, etc. We already have 25 acres in operation and we have 20 workers. More workers are not our problem. The scope of our activities is too much for one manager, which is why we are looking for a second one.
