We won't go into an alliance with Igbos. We want you to do your worst.

Am really not a tribalistic person, maybe you are getting it wrong, there is no alliance. But a re-structure rather than disolution would suit the system better, reduce grieviances to the bearest minimum.. Nigeria is important today because of our population.. thats the reason no one talks about Zimbabwe and south africa is less recognised.

We have the buying power, the moment we loose it, we loose it all. You make something good today to sell, you are sure it would penetrate 50% of the populace.. which makes dangote what he is today.

Other regions are aggrieved because we take from A and spread unevenly among BCD. The same problem came up in United states in the early 90's... and it was treated and growth triumphed beyond 1000% evenly.

We are blessed in this nation, but we just dont see it.

America has the some mineral, the production and the populace. (World power 2 of 3)

China has the some mineral, the produce and the populace (world power 2 of 3)

Nigeria has the mineral, no produce and the populace (no world power despite 2 of 3) true federalism would give us the production and even make us greater than the China and America.

We need ourselves to self actualize. If we loose the population, we are not better than zimbabwe and new guinea, togo and all sorts..

United we stand, restructure is far prefarrable than dissolution..

Ode, it's even then IGR will increase...you will even be made to pay for your fore father's evaded tax or you move to your Ugu nation. Only our Visa alone to fetch us money and how about airlines, all your transportation companies will now understand that it's no longer business as usual, ladipo, oyingbo, alaba, West minister and trade go hear am.

Well my point is don't think you're doing us a favor by remaining in Nigeria cos even when you think your are productive, remember you can't consume it's yourself and that's why we have China begging the world with cheap good today so wise up man

First dont start a statement with ode... it ridicules the whole idea...

If the nation splits... populace would reduce drastically and visa's would be worthless because their is no business.. ask zambia and co
where do you obtain igr from?

Most people would move enmass to their fatherlands including non lagos indigenes but yorubas.. due to tax overbearing because the SW alone cannot afford to maintain lagos, same as abuja.

It would be a vice versa scenerio... lagos is commerce, commerce trives with population. It would be a trade by batter scenerio (exchange)... if you inflate the fares to supply you neccessary goods, the buying power would reduce, reduce govt earnings and supposed IGR. Thereby even chasing away the little or no population. And even pushing the IGR lower. Evaded taxes would be long gone as a new system would emerge and the scare not to chase the little available population. Other states would open up and dredge their rivers to take that which you have refused to accept.

Nigeria is balanced and blessed.. if we distort the system its a loose loose situation for all.. we wont be great again.. that is why a re-structure to calm frayed nerves is far better and beneficial than dissolution...

United we stand. So we should all fight for a united Nigeria, we need each other more.

What makes a seaport function... its populace, the moment you loose population.. the revenue drops drastically..

For togo and benin- its our importation of vehicles and diverting of oil vessels that grew their seaport.. ask them how they are feeling now..

For lagos decending to the level of togo and benin, thats a very low low.

Lagos has developed so much that in event Nigeria splits, the south west alone cant afford to maintain Lagos. The tax would be over bearing...

London had to export education, medical, finished produce and join EU thereby making their visa's friendly just to import populace to grow IGR.

Usa has a population of over 300m and dont need extra population, they have gotten population of different diverse groups and nations long before Nigeria was created.

Africa has nothing to give the global world except population.

If we loose it, we loose all... united we stand
Where did you get your information from? Do you think population is all that's needed to be a wealthy nation? You seemingly infer your opinion like business oriented Ibos, that believe in petty commerce and a quickie approach to make a living . The developed countries don't need population for her citizens to be well and up doing. I attach herewith among these developed countries in which many that have no equal population with Yoruba ethnicity. And they are financially upright because three areas are germane to industrialisation of nation. These are; Human capital development, Technological know-how and Agricultural produce for local and export purposes. With or without Oil, Lagos and the entire Yoruba land will develop to the pinnacle once the coast is clear.

It seemingly look good on the paper but in reality it is not workable in Nigeria. This is because federalism being practice in Nigeria is the most expensive in the world and different ideologies is prevalent in the polity. How can you change the ideological perspective of people in the North that have absolute Quranic way of lives. Didn't you notice the thousands of deaths in the hands of Boko Haram fighters as well as from Nigeria Army? At such wanton deaths, 130+ of the chibok girls just walk and got their freedom. Nigeria is the first country in the world to have negotiated with terrorists and got a bargain at this joking expense. Rumors of the coup' de tat, here and there shows certain part in the military are seeing the hands of the fifth columnist (The politicians) in all these Boko Haram insurgency. Nigeria is impossible to restructure. It is the bitter truth. Buhari (PMB) hasn't been seen or talked to in the last few days, and the presidency kept quiet about it. Is PMB dead or Alive? This is the depth to which the uncertainty of Nigeria to become a nation everyone can be proud of being her citoyen

If you believe in gigantic and monstrous nation like Nigeria with adherent to no plan to sustain the nonsense children reproduction whom a lot cannot cater for, then you are a joke. Each ethnic group holding on to its identity which is important as far as I am concerned. Even almighty God didn't make mistake in creating people differently. Even the American system you quoted have their peculiar problems. And many are already looking for the connection to their ancestral lineage. I am pure a Yoruba breed and will never change that for anything even if it has to make me deny NIGERIA.I am from my Yoruba lineage first before any other ceremonial identity. I am sure you know that there is no part in the enclave of Nigeria that doesn't have certain group of people that can turn around the situation of things in their locality if given such opportunities. But all thanks to killer Herdsmen. Then, you seem not to have experienced anything about the Nigerian society within Nigeria context because your opinion is perpetually tilted toward a system that got it right immediately after the defeat of Great Britain during American Civil war. Then liberation war among her citizens. The Northern oligarchy are booth lickers to Great Britain and Britain determined how the Nigerian economy went down the drain because of the lopsidedness she created before she left Nigeria. You need to leave out your pseudo assumption of a greater Nigeria when in fact, Nigeria cannot be proud of constant electricity. I hope you have listened to Rara by Tekno. He wasn't the first to sing about the decadence in Nigeria polity. Go and listen to Lagbaja and Fela Anikulapo Kuti (Abami Eda). Perhaps, you will be different. If you claim to be a Christian, then you need ask yourself; Why are some pastors are relocating? The system doesn't work. Evil people occupying positions in Nigeria. So, get the message clearly , People perish for lack knowledge.
