Thanks but I actually asked the "wrong" question because I probably misunderstood him.
Here is the "right" question.
He paid the application fee in the bank but each time he inserts the confirmation code on the payment receipt, an error message pops up thus he can't complete his registration nor upload his photo. please how do we rectify this?

This strike thing has really affected me, i cnt pay my school fees cos d bankers said my acceptance fees payment has not been uploaded,me dat paid November,he actually asked me to go ICTC to lay my complaints,nw nobody to complain to dere, d business center guys dere said i must pay accommodation be4 sch fees, they claim dats d issue not dat it has not been uploaded....Damn confused,sir if u wud help out as u av always been doing... . it wud assuage my confused state

After the strike you go back to ICTC to complain at the help desk to University Staff.

If you're changing to uniport then its not possible. many schools have closed their portal.

sir please he has not been able to resolve this, each time he inserts his confirmation number, "can't confirm payment" comes up and he is running out of time because we don't know the deadline for the registration.
