Osun rehabilitates 160 mad people.

Osun State Government has rehabilitated over 160 mad people in the state and reintegrated them back to the society after comprehensive treatment in which they were certified okay psychologically.

The new commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr Adelani Baderinwa disclosed this during an interactive session with journalists at the Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists in Osogbo, the state capital.

He said the Osun Ambulance Service has rescued 5,000 accident victims under the administration of Aregbesola. He said Aregbesola’s administration was under reported and canvased for the support of the media to make him succeed.

The Commissioner was accompanied by Commissioner for Home Affairs, Obawale Adebisi and Special Adviser to the Governor on Culture and Tourism, Mrs Taiwo Oluga.

Baderinwa said the state government was committed to the welfare of the people in the state and reiterated the commitment of Governor Rauf Aregbesola to the betterment of the lives of the people.
