Hi @Gorgeous15 That's how the phone was released initially. There's a new Software Update to improve users experience; tell your friend to visit the Carlcare Service Centre closest to him/her to get it done. The person can also check the phone for the Update.

What I enjoy most abt dis phone is the quick charge. I charge from 0% to 100% within 1hr, 10mins. Tested!

The stock android is the original one from Google without phone manufacturers tweaking it to install theirs. The other one is Tecno's HIOS a tweak of the original OS from Google.
