Good one op. I just notice that just of recent my ftidge stated to shock which never happen before. Now my laptop also shocks not until i brought it to my office and to my surprise it didnt shock at all. not only that my bulp burns regularly and frequently now. sir could it be the power surge you re talking about and how do i correct it. There is a wrong connection somewhere. Is it all the sockets that do it? is the fridge and freezer powered from one socket source? Possible the socket is faulty. Also ask an electrician to confirm if the earthing of your house is still functional. It can be corrected. Good luck with that
