The fg government clearly lost its vision; its obvious there should be 8Th point agenda which is declaring state of emergency in the northern Nigeria in a bid to scrutinize the kangaroo system that has be plaguing the north-Hausa of course which in total has be lagging the development of Nigeria by all standard
