Sometimes the best cooks are not the ones with the highest academic or vocational qualification. They are just the ones that apy attention to every little information no matter how small it it.
Unfortunately, so many promising cooks and chefs have lost the opportunity of establishing themselves because of one little
mistake that would have been avoided if they had information like these.

So many cases of over salting, excess oiling, accidents in the kitchen, hazardous kitchen and unkempt kitchen premises have continued to be a problem that has cost so many their jobs and sources of revenue generation and mobilization.

Because of these and many more problems, torogist decided to compile a list of beautiful kitchen tips that will be lifesaving to millions of Nigerians in particular and the world at large.
Here they are:

1. If you happen to over-salt a pot of soup, just
drop in a peeled potato. The potato will absorb
the excess salt.

2. When boiling eggs, add a pinch of salt to keep
the shells from cracking.

3. Never put citrus fruits(Oranges,Lemons, limes,
etc) or tomatoes in the fridge. The low
temperatures degrade the aroma and flavor of
these fruits.(That's why our tomatoes don't last
in the fridge)

4. To clean iron cookl-ware, don’t use detergents.
