Good job Rotech, how was the water flow pressure on the top floor of these building at 30ft hightail. Can you also share the total height of the building from the floor to lower side of the roof.

You are doing a good job with the finishing of this gorgeous house. Keep it up

The height of the building without roof is 20ft, so there will be a good pressure of water to the upper part of he building ( height of the stanchion is 30ft) more so we are going to use bigger diameter upvc for the supply.

Conduit shower mixer for all the toilet except master. Madam toilet comes with double shower that can serve Two person at a go.(conduit and surface shower mixer tap system.)

Thanks so much sir, security house is there and we are about to construct the gen house/ frontage wall boundary that will give the building contemporary look.

The size of the land is 120x60, we have some soace beside the building which can take 2-3cars and the frontage space can accommodate 2-3 cars also,
Lastly we have space at the back planned for 2 bedroom flat.

I thought is usually bolted for such heigh of tank stand

Most will dig single hole for each pole, but seems u did a general one, is there any advantage to this? I honestly love ur job. Very neat.

You can do single hole foundation (isolated) for the tank.

What we did here is combined column foundation.
Bcs
*the soil bearing capacity is low.
*also the coloums is near the property line .
* also the columns is very close to each other

The main. Aim is to get uniform load distribution under the whole area of the footing.
