Remodeling of the frontage wall boundry of this edifice is going on.
*We are demolishing the old fence to give way for the new one (frontage only)

The bathroom finishing is nice, I just have to see this to the end.

-It will make the surface to be smooth
- it will reduce excessive use of paint.
- it will protect paint defects ,( eg, sapronification Wapping, etc.

Rotecch your interior works are very good.
Why don't you also consider flushing the upper cabinets with the ceiling (see pic). I noticed that with most Oyinbo kitchen, at least it prevents dust, dirt and insects taking up space there.
