Good morning all, I hv been following this threa like kilode. From my ecperience in terms of accomodation, there are things needed to put in place in looking for accomodation most especially those living in lagos. Firstly, most landlords in Lag are fetish, then some their own getishness is just to protect themselves while some are milking people's success dry. Secondly, location & price; for those of u working in Ikeja, Oshodi, Yaba etc personally I think the best place for u in terms of cheap price and also proximity is Iyana-Ipaja, Egbeda. From Iyana-Ipaja to Yaba is 50min and is 120 naira TP. 5 Likes 1 Share |
