@aloy-emeka, Jollof rice is not a nigerian original dish ooo. Tiff!! Says who?. Oyibos eat peel off rice, creoles call theirs jambalaya, and latinos call theirs dirty rice but not jollof. Creoles are related to Africans and of all the jollof rice recipes, theirs and ours look alike. |

aloy, I think you should do research on that matter, jollof rice is not a creole dish but a wollof dish. |

slowly roasted pig on an open coal fire(barbeque)eaten pretty uch everywhere not sure if this has been added jollof rice in nigeria wollof rice in gambia where it actually originated from precisely in the gambian village called wollof kandiikane:you r totally right,always though it was a nigerian dish as well untill i learnt different the gambian style of cooking the rice is actually ten times better than our naija one. i should know ,dated a gambian chikito |

I know right way better. . . Have you tried the white jollof rice? add it with sour-sour/bisab(don't know the english name) its to die for. . . The jollof rice is from the SeneGambia region and it originates from the wolof people not place. |

lol kool but it should not be dry. . . Do not just fry the chicken/fish and remove. . .cook it with everything and remove it before you put the rice. . . |
