1. Delete game data and saves and see if it fixes it. If it doesn't work, you need to consider reinstalling the games.

2. Compatibility issues, reinstall game.

Long time dude,...Ave Got my slim afta all d troubles of playstation...Now am looking to get an external hard disk, let say 60 or 40gb[na watin my money reach to buy...Na only 3k baba get]i wana transfer 2 of my unplayable games inside it...Now have been hearing things like Formatting to Fat32, Any idea wgat dis means?,...And also Can i do d transfer myself, or i need a guide?

I don't have hdd for sale at the moment. If you do get an external hdd, you'll have to format it to fat32 file format. You'll need to do that with a pc.
