You know you are poor, yet you have set your mind food. You keep eating and drinking every day. Poverty doesn't mean only the lack of money. This is one lack of knowledge which has destroyed almost a whole generations of thinkers. How could poverty be described as the lack of money only and those who have managed to acquire money begin to feel they are rich. No, you are very wrong. Your feelings could be sometimes true or false. That's why you must allow the true Light to shine in your heart always so that you will be happy or else you will never be happy. If your heart never found life and your body received health, it's difficult for you to be glad. Your days will be torments. It doesn't matter what you think you have or you are.




What is poverty then? It's the absence of the right supplements and nutrients for your daily walk in the now. That includes right now. Do you know what to do right now or someone else will keep telling​ you or even when you take that step is it the right thing you did or you will soon regret your actions​. So when you are poor of information which is power you will be led by the blinds​.

Come back to our topic; how your food is killing you, if you ever find yourself not performing, not reaching your target then you need to stop eating and allow the body to function for many days without food to regain the right consciousness. But not for you. you keep feasting and feeding the house even when you know that the system needs repair, that you need to get to somewhere before you continue with your celebration. You either blame something else or you never look for solutions.

But many live their lives as if their body is them. You are a Spirit with a soul living inside the body. If you haven't sunk this fact into the secret part of your thoughts you will keep floating and acting like beasts. You can stay alive for more than 7days without food. I don't encourage folks to stop drinking water, No. Water is so important. Even more than your food. You can live for days without food and just be drinking water dealing with your challenges.

When you are challenge it could be in any form, you must stand your ground to fight. It's a test of your foundation. If you are built on the sand, you are sure headed to destruction, there won't be any victory for you. You will be swept aside and washed away. But if your foundation is built on the rock of ages, on the true identity of who you are, you are saved and restored to continue the battle until all is finished. Until the end of the world.




The point is many times you didn't know when to stop the eating. The only time you try to minimise the eating is when you can not afford them, and when you are not feeling fine or sicknesses and diseases attacks. It shouldn't get to that stage. You should know when to give up the food and focus on getting ahead. "Food for the belly and the belly for the food all is vanity" there is something more than food and that's you. And you must discover yourself or you die. This is so serious. If you never knew who you are and never fought the things you were born to correct in your family and generations it's recorded "Life not well spent".




Know when to stop and time to continue because there is time for everything under the sun. "Food for thought" .
