If this is true,…
This is how parties ought to be ,income -wise. I understand that with this kind of financial obligation no one will appear from the moon to context party post unless he subscribe to such level through his levy.
Again for those complaining about the youth,all youth are not without business. You must invest in what you believe in .And for once we will begin to see parties capable of releasing data on membership, using such data to drive for expansion.
Moreover this pattern of entry will see a party that will employ IT and other innovations.... WE ARE WATCHING!.

@OP

What is unaffordable to most youths?

Is it the 300 per month for Standard members?

Or the 2500 per month for Diamond members that are youths?

How much do we spend every month for bet9ja, Football centers, beer parlour etc?

The reason why there is corruption and godfatherism is simply that political parties are funded with money from moneybags and those in government. But APDA isn't looking at that.

All over the world party members pay dues. Some of us belong to Professional and sociocultural organisations and we pay dues. Even our various clubs in secondary schools we pay dues. There is also SUG dues, Faculty dues, Department dues, and other dues paid by students of tertiary institutions.

What is wrong in paying dues to political party and take ownership?

Lol Dokpesi is not even a member or Chieftain of APDA in the first instance. He is still a PDP member.

APDA is led by Shittu in the interim pending the convention in November

Do you mind APC trolls that have no idea how political association is run? They always believe that one must have financiers in government to bankroll party like it is the norm in every other political parties in Nigeria.

Even in SA, party members pay dues and that is why they decide who goes for office and who doesn't, they decide who stays and who resigns etc.

Thank you

The fees are alright. Youths, men and women who desire a better future for their children need to start now with seeds, water them and diligently nurture them to harvest.

We don't need conniving individuals; but heart-for-better-future individuals.
