Jumia returned the phone back yesterday after convincing me. And same yesterday, the phone hanged two times, I've recorded the video and sent it to them and I'm awaiting their response.

Its quite obvious now that they scammed me already cause I'm sure they won't let me return the phone back. And the support team which they claimed that the phone was checked by, they are obviously incompetent. I feel cheated

Unlucky is when I buy the phone from a random person and it's faulty and I can't find them person anymore or he doesn't haven't return policy. Scam is when I buy the phones from a company with return policy and it turns out to be faulty, and the company is doing nothing about it because it's expensive and they can't resell as they claim.


They are simply doing this to me be cause I'm just an individual who is probably not having a lawyer.

If this case is taken to the court, the four video evidence I presented is enough to let the court order them to refund me.

I wish there's anyone I can report them to, today get justice

Do you know how to restore to the latest firmware of your phone? You need to do that, download 10.3.2 IPA for your phone and restore it via iTunes on PC, I'd help you with a YouTube video and also link to your phone firmware version

there is no point beating around the bush, after watching this video I think that device is faulty. Do that RESTORE thing I told you to do earlier, after that things should start working properly, if it doesn't then the device is defective
