• Our Protest in London (FRONT OF PRESIDENT BUHARI’S RESIDENCE) and Beyond will call on All Foreign Governments and International Donor Organizations to STOP all FUNDING to Nigeria Until the Federal Government of Nigeria Remove Such Corrupt Officials from Administering Funds that are meant for the Wellbeing of All Nigerians.

Boroh Flaunts at Niger Deltans that he Constantly Pays Mrs. Kemi Adeosun Minister of Finance $1 million USD from each allocation given to the Amnesty Office, including other Ministry of Finance and Budget Officials

Boroh Flaunts at Niger Deltans that he Pays Mr. Momoh, Mr. Donald and other Close Advisers and Associates of the Vice President (Now Acting President) to provide the Acting President with favourable advise to enable him to remain in Office

Sources revealed that Thousands of Fake Names are used for Empowerment. Over N25 Billion out of the N30 Billion Spent between January 2017 to June 2017 were Fake Names used in the Empowerment Scheme.

While there are thousands of Ghost Names in the 33,000 Ex-Militants receiving N65,000.00 Monthly, sources have verified that Boroh personally have over 2,000 names receiving N65,000.00 monthly which is over N1.5 Billion per year since his appointment in 2015

Sources have revealed that these payments are made using an MOU where these Ghost Names (Ex-Militants) authorized a Company to receive their Monthly N65,000.00 on their behalf and issued a Standing Order to the Bank for payment

Dr. Kenneth Ehigie an Adviser/Assistant to Gen. Boroh was paid a total sum of N800,000,000.00 in two batches for an unverified service, our Sources have revealed

Sources further revealed that this Scheme is Facilitated by Gen. Boroh, Major Bernard Ochoche Godwin, Mr. Beggi and other top Management officials and Senior Career Civil Servants at the Amnesty Office

Almost all top Management officials and Senior Career Civil Servants at the Amnesty Office are building Mansions throughout Abuja and other cities across the country using Third Parties to conceal their true identities

Sources have revealed that while Gen. Boroh is using Third Parties to buy numerous exotic vehicles and to build an Estate in Kuje, Abuja; he is also buying properties and farms across the country using his so-called Commercial Agricultural Training of Ex-Militants as a disguise to achieve his goal.

The Chief architect of the Scheme, Major Bernard Ochoche Godwin is also building Mansions in Benin City and a Hotel according to our sources.

Also revealed was Mr. Beggi who is building a hotel and bought 3 vehicles in a space of 6 months: C-Class Benz for approx. N7.8 million, Camry Hybrid approx. N5 million and a Peugeot approx. N3.8 million.

While Boroh kept announcing to Niger Deltans that no Niger Delta youth will travel to the United States, Europe and other Countries for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Studies as done by his Predecessor, Boroh has fraudulently paid Millions of Naira up-front in Tuition Fees, Accommodation and all expenses for his daughter and other Top Amnesty Management Official’s Children to the UK where they are presently studying. These Amnesty Official’s Children are not in the Amnesty database

Amnesty Staff in Data Management randomly collect between N250,000.00 and above to provide University Admission and payment of Tuition Fees and Expenses to Persons not included in the Amnesty Database

Amnesty Officials Constantly demand for 25 – 40 Percent of Contract Funds otherwise no payment will be made to the Contractor. In some cases, Amnesty Officials demand for Up-Front payment from the Contractor before any Payment will be made to the Contractor

Since 2015 when Boroh was appointed, Over N50 Billion have been spent in the name of Empowering Niger Delta Youths but there is almost Nothing to show for it. FG MUST Stop this Fraud Against the Niger Delta People

Gen. Boroh is running the Amnesty Office like his Family business. His Wife, Brothers, Sisters, Cousins and more became overnight Contractors using Third-Party Companies

Mr. Acting President Sir, Gen. Boroh Must Go!!! Gen. Boroh has displayed the highest level of incompetence and Corrupt Practices in handling the affairs of the Amnesty Office (PAP) neither does he understand the diverse issues facing the Niger Delta region or even know the Communities involved

With a Stroke of your Pen, kindly move the Amnesty Office (PAP) back to the President’s Office or Vice President’s Office where it was previously for proper oversight. Remove the Amnesty Office from the National Security Adviser’s Office as Gen. Boroh continually Flaunts at Niger Deltans that No One Can Remove him because he Constantly gives Billions of Naira Meant for the Amnesty Programme to the National Security Adviser (NSA) to keep him in Office and to retain the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) under the Office of the National Security Adviser

Mr. Acting President Sir, kindly move the Nger-Delta Amnesty Office (PAP) to any of the Nger-Delta States for ease of accessibility by the beneficiaries.
