I know of a ground floor of about 8 rooms flat for commercial purpose on the main road in oyo.
Asking rent: 240,000.00 Naira per annum asking for 5 year lease agreement.
But residential 4 bedroom flat or duplex should be around 60,000.00-150,000.00 depending on your choice.
